Medical receptionist – Pretoria needed : To provide a professional and reliable secretarial support to the Dietician for M Diala Inc.

Key Performance Areas includes :

Provide high level administrative assistance to the Dietician ; perform a full range of varied complex, sensitive, highly responsible and confidential office administrative, and secretarial functions.

· Management of electronic diary with respect to planning and scheduling.

· Office administration-including filing, processing documents and office correspondence.

· Typing of reports, memos, letters and presentations etc. accurately and timeously;

· Managing various electronic communication processes.

Plan and organize work activities related to purchase orders, leave, petty cash, office equipment, filling system for the office.

· Telephone answering service and professional liaison with clients (internal and external).

· Coordinate and administer the effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure efficient functionality within the office and reasonable access by stakeholders.

· Administer and actively follow-up on all invoices, payments, S&T claims, flight and hired vehicle bookings for the division as and when required; and

· Demonstrate the required work ethic, code of conduct and confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

· Passionate about patient care and service.

· Ability to work under pressure as well as to work independently.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written communication).

· Customer orientation.

· Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

· High level of computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Networking).

· Attention to detail.

· Drive, Stress management, Assertiveness, Adaptability and Good Time Management.

Graphic Designer Graduates

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

· Grade 12 certificate.· Secretarial / Business Administration diploma.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist.

· Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis.

· A valid drivers’ licence added advantage.
