Logistics Operations Admin – Hello Group is an IT & Services concern specializing in Telecommunication, Financial Services,

Distribution and Remittance taking over the world one country at a time with offices based in

Centurion, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mauritius, London, India and soon to be up and running in Dubai!

THE POSITION

Hello Group requires the services of a Logistics Operations Administrator who will be based within our Centurion Office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with stock count mismatch investigations
  • Stocktake mismatch updated
  • Stock take project management
  • Assisting with testing of new features with Tech teams
  • Sending out all customer SMS’s and measuring cost vs. results
  • Looking after all google reviews
  • Addressing customer issues in Zimbabwe with ops team and stores
  • Assist with –
    • loading new products
    • overseeing the delivery process
    • Admin tasks like keeping Presta access and e-mails up to date
    • Sending packages to Zimbabwe
    • Stock transfers
    • Hamper stock movements
    • Product price comparisons with suppliers

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree qualified in suitable discipline or relevant qualification (Non-negotiable)
  • 3 years’ experience in operational administration (high level)
  • Account management experience
  • Procurement experience
  • Process implementation experience
  • E-commerce system experience Logistical experience.

SKILLS

  • Great people’s skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Excel office (High level)
