The Company has interests in four producing mines: three in South Africa (Finsch, Cullinan, and Koffiefontein) and one in Tanzania (Williamson). It also maintains an exploration programme in Botswana.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide analytical and administrative support to the group business improvement process. The position is
based in Cullinan (near Pretoria).
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain business analytical databases, KPI repository and weekly idea pipeline reporting
Provide analytical and administrative support for the business improvement process
Support the valuation and tracking of improvement ideas
Ensure compliance to Statutory requirements and Mine Policies, Procedures and Codes of Practice
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
A four year tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying / Mining / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering / Information Technology –
an advantage
One year relevant experience in an operational environment
Advanced computer literacy in MS Office Suite – working knowledge of Excel (VBA an advantage)
Working knowledge of SQL – an advantage (please indicate on CV/application)
Working knowledge of Power BI and/or MSBI – an advantage (please indicate on CV/application)
Valid Driver’s Licence

Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross functional team environment
Able to work with all levels of technical staff
Team player – demonstrate a teamwork approach to performance

Good analytical and problem solving skills
Able to remain focused and productive in a high-pressure environment
