We are offering a position in an agile project that deals with the in-house hardware distribution process at SAP. The goal of the project is to offer a service that provides employees 24-hour access to purchase hardware and thereby eliminates any limitations to working hours. In addition, we are building a state-of-the-art administration and monitoring service to run and maintain the solution. Join our interdisciplinary team to get excited about new technologies and to gain insights into business processes.
THE ROLE
As a working student development, we have the following challenge for you
- Help developing a state-of-the-art IoT Software Solution that runs on the cloud.
- Support the highly motivated international dev team, to fulfil the project milestones in time and budget.
- Support the project lead team with research and monitoring topics.

Individual support from a personal mentor enables you to gain experience with an international project environment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
- Technological skills: knowledge of cloud computing and PaaS
- Programming skills: very good development skills in JavaScript; deep understanding of software development patterns
- Language skills: very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Soft skills: Independent working style, willingness to work autonomous, be a team player, be innovative and think one step further
- Others: Beneficial would be experience in BTP and CAP development – Java incl. Spring
