Service Controller wanted in Gauteng : ITS is looking for a fast learning young, eager and dynamic individual to join their team of service controllers. No previous experience in service control needed, but some experience dealing with customers will be of an advantage.

Quality Assurance Controller (Pharmaceutical Experience)
Minimum requirements
Matric certificate / equivalent
Responsibilities
Call logging via mail & telephone
Seeing calls through from logging stage to resolution stage
Generating, sending and following up on quotations
Collecting monthly meter readings
Opening and closing jobcards
Dispatching technicians
Efficient time management
Administrative project managing for installations
Building customer relationsGeneral office duties
