SECURITY/ CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR BOOKSTORE
QUEENSTOWN MALL, QUEENSTOWN
We are looking for a friendly candidate with a strong personality who is wanting to get into the job market
Come and join this winner of the Best Bookseller Award for five years with 81 stores nationally.
You will be the frontline security and customer service agent for the Queenstown Mall bookstore.
You need to be confident, well-presented and have a good command of the English language to be the frontline of this successful store.
You will make sure that the store is devoid of theft and foul play as well as making sure that customers are given the best attention and service.
You need to be alert, intuitive, super vigilant, curious, observant as well as discreet.
While this role forms part of a larger in-store team, it is expressly noted that the role isn’t only for external security but also for internal security.
The successful candidate will work 195 hours per month and form part of a staff roster during the busiest times in the store.
