Digital Marketing Co-ordinator:
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support my clients global marketing team within an international Financial company.
Summary of the position:
This role will be responsible for the delivery of the company’s core brand messages across all digital channels.
Sitting with an energetic and dynamic team, this role comes with a high level of responsibility and offers the opportunity to enhance current digital marketing initiatives.
Outline of main duties and responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will be expected to:
Support in the development and implementation of my client digital marketing strategy
Maintain content and continually improve the corporate websites
Create, design and implement social media posts across platforms
Maintain social media accounts for Brand Ambassadors
Execute the SEO strategy and advise on further development
Create, design and implement digital adverts to be used on media platforms
Maintain effectiveness of PPC strategies to drive website growth
Update the intranet in support of Internal Communications & Events Manager
Support the Marketing Coordinator and Internal Communications & Events Manager in optimising email marketing campaigns
Create and maintain a dashboard of key business statistics relating to the clients digital platforms
Manage relationships with digital marketing suppliers and internal clients
Support the business with the production of presentation slides to be used in pitches and webinars
Assist with the maintenance of the online repository of marketing collateral.
Skills and experience required:
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
Have a qualification in Marketing (or related industry) and 3 years’ digital marketing experience
Be enthusiastic about digital marketing and have the ability to adapt to and adopt new technologies
Be an excellent communicator (written and spoken) with the ability to create effective digital copy
Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Have a dynamic, proactive and disciplined approach, thrive under pressure and relish a challenge
Be a team player as well as have the self-motivation to be accountable for your own workload
Have a professional manner with the ability to work with all levels of management within an organization
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
Be proficient in website content management systems (particularly WordPress)
Be proficient in digital analytics (Google Analytics)
Have experience with design programmes (Photoshop and InDesign)
Have an understanding of SEO and working knowledge of how to run PPC campaigns
Have experience in social media management and monitoring
Have a basic knowledge of finance principles
