Human Resource Manager
We are urgently looking for a qualified and experience HR Manager.
Duties & Functions
§ Industrial relations (IR) – develop and maintain policies and procedures, train, advise line management, monitor implementation, CCMA.
§ Responsible for insuring that the Main Agreement as setout by the MEIBC is complied with at all times.
§ Employee safety, health and wellness – legal compliance, and facilitation of wellness initiatives.
§ Responsible for completing and submitting the EEA2 and EEA4 Employment Equity Plans to the Department ofLabour.
§ HR Policies and Procedures – develop, document, train,communicate, monitor.
§ Internal Communication – facilitate and coordinate internal information/communiqué and interventions.
§ Chairperson of the Employment Equity Committee
§ Organizational development – initiate and facilitate OD andchange interventions and monitor impact, including organizational design and structures (job profiles),strategic planning and support, team development, organizational culture and climate, succession planning, performance management, etc.
§ Compliance (EE, WSP) – plans and reporting, coordinate interventions and actions.
§ Skills Development Facilitator for the company – liaises with the MERSETA on a wide range of issues with regards to the WSP and all training aspects including DG5 and Learnerships.
§ Chairperson of the Training Committee.
