The Contact Centre Manager will be responsible for managing a team of department managers and team managers, within a fast-paced area of business that is both challenging and changing continuously. This individual must be committed to delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels which includes Phone, Email, Webchat, SMS, Social Media and other channels. They will ensure that we endeavor to provide first call resolution and provide a professional, quality service to clients and meet agreed service levels.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years mid management experience within a customer service call center environment essential
• 5 years mid to senior management experience managing a team of junior managers
• Relevant Degree / Diploma
• Good knowledge of innovative solutions and technologies that would enhance business efficiencies
Salary Range – R 35 000 to R 50 000 CTC
