|Purpose of the Role||To provide a specialist sourcing service for the purposes of talent acquisition, through a process of appropriate channel selection and/or creation, appropriate sourcing techniques, market research and lead generation, applicant screening and engagement.
Develop and apply innovative/effective sourcing techniques to generate a pool of suitable candidates based on a business requirement for a specific job/profile.
Create and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Proactively and continuously, screen specialist applications.
Acquire relevant candidate information and clarify key areas of experience.
Select applicants who meet the agreed job specifications to establish a talent pipeline to draw from when positions become available.
|Qualifications||National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)|
|Experience||Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience in:
Talent sourcing and/or acquisition
Telephonic interviewing techniques
Response handling and feedback
Sourcing techniques and methods
Ideally End-to-end recruitment experience
|Knowledge and skills||Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Client service orientated
Adaptable and flexible (ability to work with diverse client base)
Organized and accurate (process driven)
Pro-active with high energy and drive
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literate (MS Office)
|Additional Requirements||Preferably, own transport and valid driver’s licence, and willingness to travel.
Clear criminal and credit record.
