Wanted : Experienced IT Support
We are looking for experienced End User Support technicians (MCSE/MCITP – NON Neg). This is not a junior or intern position so please do not apply if you do not have a strong IT background.
Previous work history: 4 Years+ experience in a similar role. Non Negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 4 years solid IT experience, your CV will be discarded.
Certifications: Essential ( Non Negotiable ) : International MCSE/MCITP certification . Do not apply if you do not have your International (Microsoft) MCSE or MCITP, Your application will be disgarded.
Advantageous: ITIL, A+ & N+
Job responsibilities: Doing Remote support which involves troubleshooting software issues, Software installations & support, Printer installations. Mobile support, basic Network troubleshooting.
Person Type: Someone who loves troubleshooting and who can work independability, the person needs to be technical and trustworthy & willing to go the extra mile. Also someone who can work under pressure and who is not scared of work.
Skill Set: Windows 7/10, Office 2010/2013, SAP, Hardware knowledge, Network troubleshooting, SCCM knowledge will be advantageous, We support roughly +- 800 different applications so the person needs to know how to read log files, Going through the event viewer. And just generally be good at troubleshooting.
